The Design
The 2,000sf Dynamite Taproom is a clean modern, desert aesthetic with a hint of industrial; think exposed brick with wood accents and black accent walls. We will utilize bright, warm lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere and plenty of natural light from doors and skylights. Images of musicians and desert western scenes are thoughtfully placed on the walls.
The bar features 24 highly-curated taps and about 14 seats. The taproom will have a spacious layout with multiple, comfortable seating options beyond the bar, encouraging movement and interaction.
The patio includes 5,000 sq of additional seating options, yard games and an outdoor stage. The food from the permanent food truck will also enhance the experience.

The Experience
​​When you enter Dynamite, it's a busy taproom where the lively buzz of conversation flows through the bright open room. There is the clinking of glassware, rockin' music in the background and it smells of freshly poured beer. The friendly waitstaff circulate throughout the room delivering exceptional customer service. Floor to ceiling, sliding glass doors open to an expansive patio where there are mountain views, fire pits and cozy looking lounge chairs. You know where you are. That ambiance rolls you right in and you smile and relax.

Perhaps you take your beer out to the patio and grab a seat next to the fire-pits where groups of friends converse together, you watch people laugh over a game of corn hole and then you smell the incredible food. . . you order up the most delicious tacos you've ever eaten. Life is good. This place feels like home.

Our truck is founded with the intention of offering delicious artisan tacos, burritos and other Mexican-inspired street food with a focus on using quality organic ingredients and humanely raised and locally sourced meats.

We created this menu to satisfy our craving for healthy and delicious food that we wanted to eat. We hope you like it as much as we do.
